David Sloane is a Jury Master--capable of turning the toughest of juries around to his way of thinking, much to the joy of his clients, corrupt men who think nothing of destroying the lives of others for their own monetary gain. He is growing weary of championing the bad guy, when he receives a phone call which will rip his world apart, taking him on a journey deep into the jungle of Mexico, and deep within himself.

The dream that has haunted him every night for longer than he cares to remember begins to take shape in the light of day, as he probes deeper into a government cover-up of monumental proportions.

Meanwhile, a Whitehouse employee and close friend of the President is found dead in a national park, and when the Assistant U.S. Attorney's office step in andproclaim his death as a suicide, those who knew him best begin to question the facts.

Can Sloane follow the clues that will lead him to the truth before it is covered up for good?

This book is an excellent political thriller, following the likes of Tom Clancy and Michael Connelly.
