Paper Crafting With Carol Duvall is filled with original and innovative crafts for beginners and pros alike. There are practical and easy crafts such as making place mats and Picture Topped Shaker Boxes as well as more challenging crafts such as Jacob’s Ladder Photo Holder to show off pictures and crafting skills with.

Ever thought of turning a gift bag into a clock or creating a puzzle for your refrigerator out of an enlarged picture and magnets? Carol Duvall has.

Duvall’s book is filled with more than great crafts, it has her words of encouragement sprinkled throughout. For instance, when Carol Duvall introduces crafters to the Never-Ending Card, she says, “When Cherryl showed me this seemingly complicated card that you just keep unfolding , and then demonstrated to me how ridiculously easy it is to make—I couldn’t believe it.” Reading this crafting book feels like sitting down and making crafts with your best and most patient friend.

Fans of the Carol Duvall show will be happy to know that also included in the book are some great craft ideas, “From the Shoe Box,” like the Locking Letter. One needn’t be familiar with Carol Duvall to enjoy her easy tone and can-do attitude towards making crafts.

Armchair Interviews says: A crafter’s delight.
