Noah and the Flood retells the entire story of Noah in a simple child’s format. With colorful illustrations, the child can see the Noah as he talks to God and gets instructions on how to build the ark, on to collecting the animals.

The book goes into the details of when the Earth was flooded, how Noah sent the birds out to see if the land was dry, and how they ultimately freed the animals and worshiped God. It even includes a beautiful rainbow.

Noah and the Flood is a cute story. I read this to my three and six-year-olds and they both enjoyed looking at the pictures and hearing the story. My three-year-old wanted me to read the story over and over.

The story isn’t exactly true to account biblically, and a lot of liberties are taken, but it is semi close, and the story is simple enough for the youngest child to understand. These cute little books would be adorable to find under the Christmas tree, or anytime. Pick up a copy for your favorite preschooler.
