Subtitled: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t

The Law of Attraction is an audio book that can instantly help people understand and manipulate their destiny. Written in layman’s terminology by Michael J. Losier, and adequately read by Hugh Gallagher, the Law of Attraction is easy to sum up: it’s the power of positive thinking on steroids.

With a running time of two and a half hours, the two CD set is quickly digested during a handful of commutes. Interested listeners will have to replay the disc at home, however, because there are a number of written exercises provided to help bring the Law of Attraction front and center into your life.

The Law of Attraction is first introduced to the listener by way of comparative examples. While many will not buy into the notion that the Law of Attraction is as physically real as the Law of Gravity, there is something to be said for the invisible and mysterious forces that attract us to people, places and things in our lives. What matters most is that Losier believes strongly in the Law of Attraction. He’s done the hard job of breaking it down into easily understood pieces. Then he tells us how to recognize it in our daily interactions, and more importantly how to take control and change our thoughts, words and actions to potentially attract exactly what we want in life.

Hugh Gallagher gets off to an uneven start reading the text, but then he falls into a steady rhythm, doing the best he can with the written words. Like many self-help books, Law of Attraction is occasionally redundantly redundant, repeating headings and titles and concepts, perhaps with the higher purpose of pounding the messages home. And long after listeners are finished with the book, they will still be actively trying their hand at manipulating the Law of Attraction.
