Have you ever started a book and wanted to put it down simply because you knew that it would change your life for the better...and you weren't sure you were ready for the change? I Must Decrease is this book.

Based on the scripture John 3:30, "He must increase, but I must decrease," I Must Decrease isn't your typical dieter's book. Rather, it provides encouragement to live a healthier lifestyle in a manner that readers actually want to do it. This daily "devotional" gives humor, spiritual insight, do-able habits, and personal testimonies in bites easy to swallow. For a real challenge--or rather a close look under the microscope--there is opportunity to chart daily food choices and thoughts of the journey.

A daily dose of I Must Decrease has me thinking every time I open the candy cabinet. What are my motivations? Am I hungry? Am I tired? Am I bored? Is that mini-chocolate bar going to stop the problem? Sometimes the answer is yes. And I can I eat the candy because it is okay to indulge every now and then. Because, as the author says, "Never do today what you're unwilling to do for the rest of your life." A life without chocolate? I don't think so.

Armchair Interviews says: This book will make you a real loser. Of the weight, that is. But this book is a winner.
