Subtitled: Your Ultimate Key to Personal & Professional Success

Jesse Ferrell is a motivational speaker who has found inspiration from the lives, books, audio cassettes and seminars that other motivational speakers offer. Distilling the best of their ideas and adding his own unique voice, Ferrell presents a game plan for changing your career, improving your current prospects, or simply improving your relationships.

Ferrell's premise is that your personal pathways will be directly affected by "the way you leave them feeling"--in other words, the impact your life has on others: job interviewers, employers, family members, friends, new acquaintances. Ferrell's goal is to help readers banish the negative thinking, depression, and criticism from their emotional vocabulary and replace these with positive energy.

The question you might ask yourself is "Am I fun to live with?" or a similar one: "Am I fun to work with?" When you interact with others, do you cheer them up by being a positive, healthy voice in their lives? If so, congratulations! If not, Ferrell's book brings stories, questions, outlines and topics for reflection that can help you move forward.

As Ferrell explains on page 162, "This is your chance to improve the quality of your life. There is no better time to place the magnifying glass over pivotal points of your character." As you do so, Ferrell argues, you will begin to have a positive impact on those around you, helping them achieve their potential and accomplish their goals.

Readable, well organized and filled with provocative quotes, Ferrell's book is a welcome addition to the ranks of today's motivational literature.
