Allie Wilson is 33 and only weeks from marrying Trey Thompson. While sorting out her belongings one day, she finds an old photograph of the father who left her and her mother when she was four years old. Allie realizes that she doesn't know anything about the man who gave her life, other than that he returned from Vietnam with troubles enough to last a lifetime.
