I doubt that there is a woman in America who does not want to lose weight and inches and look better.

When talking about weight loss, most doctors recommend a combination of exercise and healthy eating. Teressa Tapp also recommends an exercise program and eating healthy, but her plan is different than the recent fad diet and exercise programs. Tapp maintains that if her program is used correctly, the student, devoting fifteen minutes a day, can lose two clothing sizes in four weeks. Her focus is on inches, not pounds.

Tapp also suggests that her program is safe for people who have neck, knee, hip and back problems and it may also alleviate chronic pain. In general she offers her program as a wellness regimen where the student will build a better body, inside and outside.

There is a great deal of interesting information in Tapp's book and it is important to read it in its entirety. The reader will be tempted to skip through the book and get to the exercises. But if you do, you'll miss important information that could make a greater impact on the results achieved. It's also important to follow her directions carefully. If the student doesn't follow the program, don't blame the author for poor results.
