The September issue of CardMaker is out and it's sizzling! If you're into making cards for those special people in your life, or if you're incredibly creative and are able to adapt cardmaking to scrapbooking, run, and I mean run to the store and pick up this issue! Better yet, treat yourself to a subscription ($19.97 per year and well worth it).
CardMaker is special because the instructions are simple and concise and are accompanied by pictures to help the visual learner. The projects are so much fun and lead to exploration into other projects. I just can't get enough of this how-to magazine.
The September issue, like all others, is chocked full of easy and fun projects. Some of the things I enjoyed most: "Creating Vintage Cards," "Leaf Collage Project," and "Envelopes—One Size Does Not Fit All" (never again will I make that special card only to discover that I don't have an envelope for it. I'll just make one!)
Everyone will enjoy the Our Favorite Products Section. I am quick to find must haves for my studio, and this issue is no different. The Classic Glimmer Chalks are a winner as are the ABCs & 123s embellishment buttons.
There are numerous card projects for the start of school and to celebrate autumn. It's not too early. Grab your issue of CardMaker and get scrappin'.
