Samantha has been aware of her prophetic powers since childhood. Through dreams and visions, God has used her to help other people in sticky situations. It is a gift she never really liked or wanted, but when she starts receiving visions concerning her missing friend Kayla, she can't ignore it anymore.
With her family falling apart, sporadic visions of her friend's terrifying ordeal, and her own personal struggles, Samantha has nothing to hope on but God's unfailing grace and His plan for her life.
Bad Connection is a fast-moving and engaging tale for start to finish. Any teen that likes mysteries should enjoy it. No immorality, no language, no undesirable content at all. Just a well-written story of one girl's choices, and how they affect the people around her.
Samantha's choice to rely on God's guidance is a main theme of the book. Only by trusting in the leading of the Holy Spirit is she able to solve the mystery and save her friend. If all Christian teens, or rather Christians in general followed her example, the world would be a better place to live in.
Armchair Interviews says: Highly recommended.
